What We Do
To invite and engage all people with the transformative power of the Bible we use the four main initiatives:
- Museum - Washington, D.C. - The Museum of the Bible aims to be among the most technologically advanced and engaging museums in the world. Showcasing rare and fascinating artifacts spanning 3,500 years of history, the museum offers visitors an immersive and personalized experience with the Bible, and its ongoing impact on the world around us.
- Traveling Exhibitions - Reaching more than half a million people to date, our exhibits have traveled across the country and around the world.
- Education - Museum of the Bible is dedicated to expanding knowledge and encouraging learning for all ages around the world. Our new Bible curriculum engages students in the history, narrative, and impact of the Bible through cutting-edge augmented reality technology.
- Research - As the academic research wing of Museum of the Bible, the Scholars Initiative fosters biblical research at colleges, universities, and seminaries across the world.
