OVERVIEW
Your new T.W. Lewis home comes with a one-year warranty against any problems arising from workmanship and materials, commencing on the date of closing. In addition to the T.W. Lewis Warranty, many of the products in your new home carry separate or extended warranties; please refer to the owner's manuals for each component of your home to learn more about each particular product. We recommend that you keep all owners' manuals and warranty information together in a convenient location, should you ever need to refer to them in the future.
SCHEDULED WARRANTY SERVICE
To help ensure your satisfaction, we've established a comprehensive Warranty and Customer Care program designed to effectively service your Phoenix luxury home. A proactive warranty review will be conducted for your home at the 11-month benchmark.
We'll work around your schedule as much as possible, but we regret that weekend or evening appointments are not available.
The 11-month review is also designed to identify items needing attention and to schedule the appropriate repair work. In addition, the 11-month review provides an opportunity to ensure that deficiencies are identified and repaired prior to the end of the 1-year Warranty period.
We recommend that you maintain a list of any items you notice that need attention in the time leading up to the 11-month warranty review. Our experience has shown that the vast majority of items needing repair are relatively minor in nature, and taking care of them at one time is much more efficient for everyone.
INTERIM SERVICE REQUESTS
Our proactive 11-month warranty review should take care of almost any problem that arises with your home. If a repair or service cannot wait for the next scheduled review, we ask that you submit a Homeowner Service Request through our Customer Care department.
Use the following link to submit your interim Service Request via our online form. After receiving your Service Request, our Customer Care Department will contact you (usually the next business day) to schedule an appointment with our staff or our trade contractors, as appropriate.
