WHAT CONSTITUTES AN EMERGENCY?

Although rare, emergency situations sometimes arise where it is not feasible to wait for a service appointment.

Examples of what would be considered an "emergency" situation include:

Stoppage of the sewer system. A problem with one fixture or even a part of the home would probably not constitute an emergency, but a total stoppage certainly would.

A water leak requiring water service to be shut off to avoid serious damage to your home or furnishings is an emergency. However, a leak that can be controlled by closing the supply line to an insectionidual fixture would not be considered an emergency.

Depending on the season, loss of heating or cooling. Many of our homes feature multiple HVAC units; if one fails, the remaining unit(s) should be sufficient to keep the home livable until service can be arranged.

In the unlikely event that an emergency situation arises, please call our Customer Care department at (480) 768-4964. If the event should occur outside of normal business hours, please call the appropriate trade contractor directly. A list of emergency telephone numbers is provided on the reverse.

If an emergency arises, we'll make every effort to resolve the problem as soon a possible. However, our warranty does not extend to consequential damage or personal property, or to items supplied or installed by others. In the event of such problems, you should refer any claims to your insurance company.
