Our “Trade-up to Luxury” Program

At T.W. Lewis, we’re committed to taking the hassle out of home buying, so we’ve developed a unique trade-up program that allows you to buy your dream home without the worry of selling your existing home. This program has been successful for our home buyers largely because it removes many of the unknowns and hassles that are present when selling your current home.

Our Trade-up to Luxury program is applicable on select T.W. Lewis field models. Once you have selected a field model that you would like to purchase, T.W. Lewis will complete an appraisal and a Competitive Market Analysis on your current home to calculate the value. After T.W. Lewis has received all information, we will present a reasonable offer to you on your home as a trade-in for one of our homes. Typically this process takes an average of 45 to 60 days, from time of contract to close of escrow. Our Trade-up to Luxury program is available on selected inventory homes. Please speak to a T.W. Our “Lease Purchase” Program

We’ve made it easy to own a T.W. Lewis home. Our “Lease Purchase” program is available on select completed homes at gated T.W. Lewis neighborhoods Valley-wide. With a small down payment and up to a two-year lease, you’ll be reaping the benefits of homeownership in no time!

Sit back and relax in your brand-new home knowing that when you are ready to buy you won’t have to hassle with moving again! Closing may be delayed up to two years. Rents range from $2,200 to 3,500 per month with 25% of your rental payment going toward your home purchase.
