Exit at 75^th Avenue and go North to Deer Valley. Turn Left on Deer Valley and continue West to Lake Pleasant Road. Turn Right on Lake Pleasant and continue North to Happy Valley Parkway. Go West on Happy Valley Parkway which becomes Vistancia Boulevard – continue for about 4 miles to Vistancia. Turn Left at Lone Mountain. Make your second Right at Westland and continue to Gloria Lane – turn left into the AltaVista neighborhood. After passing through the entry gates, you will see the model homes to the Right.

From I 17

Exit at Happy Valley Road. Go West on Happy Valley which becomes Vistancia Boulevard – continue for about 4 miles to Vistancia.

From Westbound Carefree Highway:

South on Lake Pleasant Road, west on Happy Valley Parkway 4 miles to Vistancia.

From the 303:

North on Loop 303 to Happy Valley, west on Happy Valley Parkway 4 miles to Vistancia.
