Marbella at Valencia is a small, intimate neighborhood of 69 single-story homes with a privately gated entrance. As a phase two neighborhood, Marbella offers the gracious home styles that were offered at Finesterra.

 

As the final Valencia neighborhood, Marbella is a continuation of the Valencia vision, incorporating architecturally-inspired homes within a beautiful park-like setting. From Loop 101 and the San Tan 202*:
Go East on the San Tan 202. Exit Gilbert Road. Go South on Gilbert Road to Chandler Heights Road. Go East on Chandler Heights to Desert Jewel. Turn Right at Desert Jewel (the main entrance to Valencia). Continue straight for about a mile; turn Right on Pinaleno Place then Left on Cedar Drive. The Marbella model is on the left across from the park and playground.

From Tucson:

Take I-10 to Phoenix; exit on Riggs Road. Go East on Riggs Road to Gilbert Road. Go North on Gilbert Road to Chandler Heights Road. Turn Right on Chandler Heights; go East to Desert Jewel. Turn right on Desert Jewel (the main entrance to Valencia). Continue straight for about a mile; turn Right on Pinaleno Place then Left on Cedar Drive. The Marbella model is on the left across from the park and playground.  

 

*NOTE: The San Tan 202 is the new 202 that runs east-west through Chandler-Gilbert-Mesa. The San Tan 202 can be accessed from I-10, south of the Chandler Blvd. exit; or from Loop 101, south of the Chandler Blvd. exit.
