Homeowner's Surveys

At T.W. Lewis, we believe that the quality of your homebuying experience is just as important as the quality of your home. At key times during the homebuying process, we ask our homeowners to provide their feedback on different aspects of their experience. Please use the links below to access our surveys, which can be completed and submitted online.

• Design Center Survey - to be completed after you submit your Release 3 options.
  
  
• Mortgage and Closing Survey - to be completed after your new home's close of escrow.
  
  
• Orientation Survey - to be completed after your Homeowner Orientation.
  
  
• Eleven Month Inspection Survey - to be submitted during your first year of home ownership, after your eleven-month warranty inspection.
