The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from buyers regarding our performance during the homeowner orientation process. Several weeks after moving into your new home, you will be contacted by an independent research company to provide similar information in greater detail. We use that information, as well as the results of this survey, to monitor our performance and do everything we can to continuously improve and refine our operations.
