Of course offering such a wide range of options adds to the overall complexity of the home building process. To accommodate your design needs, while adhering to a strict construction schedule, we utilize a unique "Release System". Using this method, you need only make those choices necessary for us to plan and begin construction of your luxury home, while you work with our Design Center to add the style and finishing touches. This gives you the time needed to explore all your options, while we move forward with the beginning stages of construction. This system also helps reduce mistakes or late changes that can cause construction delays.

At the time you select your new home, you'll be asked to make just a few choices, mainly because these selections could have an impact on the choices available to buyers on adjacent lots. These choices include:

• Floor plan
• Lot number
• Elevation
• Exterior color package
• Garage hand (left or right)

Working with your Sales Associate the following selections will need to be completed within 30 days of your Purchase Agreement:

• Foundation and rear patio slab
• Under slab electrical
• Under slab plumbing
• Framing-related issues
• Window choices
• Roof tiles
• Fireplace face
• Master tub and shower configuration
• Other structural options
