At T.W. Lewis, we work very hard to take the hassle out of buying and building your new home; we're committed to making it a better buying experience throughout. One of the ways we achieve that goal is through our Design Center, where buyers can personalize their new homes by choosing from the hundreds of products and design options available.

Although we didn't invent the concept of a design center, we believe we've taken the idea to an entirely new level with our facility, which occupies 6,500 square feet adjacent to our Corporate Headquarters.

Convenience: Our buyers don't have to make appointments with several different suppliers, then drive all over town to make their selections. Instead, they work with their experienced T.W. Lewis Design Consultant to make all their selections in one location, at their pace and on their schedule. We even have on-site specialists from our swimming pool, landscaping, home electronics and custom cabinets partners. To complete the convenience of "one-stop shopping", T.W. Lewis Mortgage Company and an office of Chicago Title are on premises to provide mortgage and title services. With these services in place our buyers arrange for financing, personalize their entire home, and close on the home in one single location.

The T.W. Lewis Design Center was recognized in 2004 and 2002 as being the "Best Design Center" in the nation by NAHB's Sales & Marketing Council.

Selection: More than just a library full of catalogs, our Design Center offers a huge selection of sample carpets, tile and countertops. You'll also find a wealth of other products, such as door hardware, ceiling fans, light fixtures, specialty lighting, bath fixtures, sinks, window treatments, and much more. You'll be able to actually see, touch and feel many of the products you have to choose from.

Professional Assistance: Each buyer of a T.W. Lewis home will be assisted in the process by one of our professional Design Consultants, each of whom has many years' experience in new home design and decorating. The same Design Consultant will stay with that buyer throughout, helping them make selections, coordinate appointments with our on-site specialists, and take care of all the necessary paperwork. Different people have different needs and tastes, and our Design Consultants are dedicated to making sure each buyer receives the proper amount of advice and assistance.

Confidence: Because all services are provided in one location, coordination between our staff and our suppliers is simplified and standardized. This means buyers can have confidence that their selections will be ordered and installed in accordance to their wishes, and their paperwork will be ready when they are.
