The company has established a reputation as an industry leader in the areas of product quality and customer service, both on a local and national level.

We are currently seeking an experienced senior executive to oversee sales and marketing operations for our luxury homebuilding organization. Successful candidates must have 10-15 years of relevant industry experience and senior leadership experience. Excellent compensation package available.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit, hire and retain top producing salespeople.
  • Lead, motivate and train first class Sales Team.
  • Create and manage CRM program.
  • Oversee marketing-related activities - media, brochures, promotions, signage.

Our Community Sales Manager oversees sales activity in their community by helping buyers navigate through the decision making process, communicating and working with construction on operational issues, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, training and mentoring Sales Associates, and much, much more!

 

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to customers before, during and after the sale
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Maintain performance standard
  • Train and mentor Sales Associates
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with Prospects, Buyers, Management, Design Center and Construction Project Managers
  • Utilize the interview selling process to effectively greet, qualify, demonstrate, site and close prospects
  • Understand community, plans, options and specifications
  • Conduct prospect follow-up and maintain customer follow-up notes
  • Operate within T.W. Lewis policies and procedures
  • Produce accurate & detailed traffic & Monday meeting reports
  • Stay current with competition and advise management
  • Initiate Realtor participation with follow-up calls to potential and current home buyers, spec flyers, office visits, MLS tours, and e-mails
  • Oversee model maintenance

Skills / Requirements:

  • BS or BA Required
  • Arizona Real Estate License, required
  • Minimum of 2 years senior-level new home sales experience with a proven sales record
  • Strong customer service and communications skills
  • Construction knowledge
  • Management experience preferred
  • Training experience a plus
