Community Sales Manager - Now Interviewing!
T.W. Lewis Company seeks professional Sales Associate to sell high quality new homes at our outstanding communities. With new luxury models and new floor plan offerings the stage is set for sales success. This job opening is an opportunity to join a company with deep roots in the valley that is synonymous with quality, reliability and integrity. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in new home sales, a college degree, technological skills and be self motivated. Commission with draw is available. Compensation is in the $80,000 - $120,000 per year range with excellent benefits.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales quotas
Maintain performance standard
Communicate effectively and appropriately with Prospects, Buyers, Management, Design Center and Construction Project Managers
Utilize the interview selling process to effectively greet, qualify, demonstrate, site and close prospects
Understand community, plans, options and specifications
Conduct prospect follow-up and maintain customer follow-up notes
Operate within T.W. Lewis policies and procedures
Produce accurate & detailed traffic & Monday meeting reports
Stay current with competition and advise management
Initiate Realtor participation with follow-up calls to potential and current home buyers, spec flyers, office visits, MLS tours, and e-mails
Oversee Model maintenance
Provide outstanding service to customers before, during, and after the sale
Maintain backlog
Communicate with buyers on a weekly basis
Skills / Requirements:
BS or BA Required
Arizona Real Estate License, required
Minimum of 2 years senior-level sales experience with a proven sales record
Strong customer service and communications skills
Management experience preferred
Training experience a plus
Self motivational skills
Positive attitude and strong listening skills
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
